I loved the complimentary coffee on the 2nd floor. It was a huge plus. The location near Union Station made my travel very easy. My room had three windows and gave me a NICE view of the streets!

a really good stay!

helpful staff convenient location

i found the staff super helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions with a smile! the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. the 24-hour coffee and tea station on the second floor was a welcome bonus.

the room was smaller than expected. there was also some noise from outside the building, which could be disruptive at times. i know it's a city, but a little more soundproofing would be beneficial.

the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and other significant attractions. capitol hill is only a 15-minute walk, while union station, the metro, and local buses are within a few hundred yards from the hotel.

my superior king room was well cleaned and maintained. i found the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom included all necessary amenities. the room provided adequate space for a short stay, and i was very happy with it.

quick access wonderful breakfast

The Irish pub next door served a wonderful breakfast. I will certainly choose this location again.

I noticed a lack of towel hook near bathroom sink. I missed an in-room coffee machine. This forced me to go to the second floor for a morning cup.
